Are flights and transfers included in the price?

No. Everyone has to organize their own flight. There will be a group where all participants can exchange ideas and form car pools.

What type of accommodation is available?

The overnight stay will take place in the "Farmhouse", which is located on the Essencia community grounds.

What is the food like?

There will be an extra cook for us. He will prepare all meals exclusively vegan. If you have any allergies, please clarify this with us in advance so that we can prepare for them.

What should I bring for the retreat?

Comfortable clothing, sports clothes for the yoga and meditation classes, ceremonial clothing

Do I need previous knowledge of yoga, meditation or other practices?
